Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3–7 business days after your order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and location.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. SKINpressions is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, SKINpressions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Temperature & Product Integrity

SKINpressions skincare products are formulated with active and delicate ingredients. While our products are packaged carefully, extreme temperatures during transit may affect product texture or consistency.

During warmer months, products may soften or separate during shipping. This does not necessarily affect product performance. If this occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.

SKINpressions is not responsible for temporary changes in product consistency caused by heat or cold exposure during shipping.
